In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the golden3 Services. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. golden3 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not met.
2.2 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) golden3 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering your golden3 Account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information. Providing false or misleading registration data constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The golden3 Services are not available to players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. By accessing golden3, you represent that you are not located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. golden3 reserves the right to block access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
2.5 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, golden3 requires Players to complete identity verification (KYC) in accordance with international gaming authority standards. This typically involves submission of a government-issued identity document (e.g. MyKad, passport) and may include proof of address or payment method verification.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your golden3 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. golden3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. You must notify golden3 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
3.3 Account Currency. All golden3 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits received in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the rate applied by golden3's payment processor at the time of transaction. golden3 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. golden3 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its Dormant Account Policy. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. golden3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

4.4 Withdrawal to Registered Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and are registered in your golden3 Account. golden3 does not process withdrawals to payment methods belonging to third parties.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. golden3 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures, which may temporarily delay withdrawal processing. golden3 is not liable for delays resulting from AML compliance procedures.
5.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion at the time of its availability. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
5.3 Abuse of Promotions. golden3 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where it reasonably suspects promotional abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic exploitation of bonus wagering requirements, or collusion between players.
5.4 Availability. Promotions are available at golden3's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or extended at any time without prior notice.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All Bets are subject to acceptance by golden3. A Bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation reference number. golden3 reserves the right to decline any Bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes. In the event of a system error, human error, or manifestly incorrect odds (including but not limited to odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices), golden3 reserves the right to void any affected Bets and refund the stake to the Player's Wallet. Acceptance of a Bet does not constitute a waiver of this right.
6.3 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply per Bet and per day per Player. These limits are published in the relevant sportsbook and casino sections of the golden3 platform and may be amended from time to time.
6.4 Live Betting. During live (in-play) events, odds are subject to continuous update. A Bet placed during a live event is only valid if it is accepted and confirmed before the relevant outcome has been determined. golden3 is not responsible for Bets placed on already-resolved in-play events due to the Player's connectivity issues.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of Bets, and forfeiture of Wallet balances:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the golden3 platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and data — is the exclusive property of golden3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited Licence. golden3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the golden3 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any golden3 content.
9.1 The golden3 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, golden3 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 golden3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the golden3 Services, including but not limited to: loss of Wallet funds due to unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence; betting losses; service interruptions; or third-party payment processing delays.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.2 By the Player. You may close your golden3 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified Wallet balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no Prohibited Conduct is suspected.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the golden3 Services terminates immediately. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall do so.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a Bet or Account transaction, you must submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. golden3 will investigate and respond within 10 business days. golden3's decision on betting disputes shall be final and binding absent manifest error.
13.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through golden3's customer support channel.
